The Official L'Arc~en~Ciel Fans Club in the Philippines, established last June 5, 2005 with the creation of pinoy_CieLers Mailing List. Since then, the group has been producing events like mini-gatherings for fans to celebrate L'Arc~en~Ciel. Last September 15, 2006, the very first L'Arc Convention was celebrated with theme "L'Arc~CON:PIECES of Yesterday" at UP Diliman's Bahay ng Alumni.

Watch out for next year's big event - "L'Arc~CON 2008 - 060708"
